the Deed definition

the Deed or “this Deed” means the Definitive Trust Deed to which the Rules are scheduled as from time to time amended;
the Deed the Trust Deed constituting, inter alia, the Plan as amended from time to time; "THE DIRECTORS" the Shareplus Management Committee including the European HR Policy Council; "DIVIDEND SHARES" Shares which satisfy the requirements of paragraph 55 of the Schedule and are appropriated to Participants under Rule 12 and held by the Trustees upon the terms of the Plan;

  • Holders are bound by and are deemed to have notice of all provisions contained in the Deed Poll.
