The Stock Options vest definition

The Stock Options vest in equal amounts as follows: one-third on the date of grant, one-third on the first anniversary of the date of grant, and one-third on the second anniversary of the date of grant. All such Stock Options shall automatically vest upon a termination of this Agreement prior to the end of the Term (unless pursuant to Sections 6.c or 6.d.).
