The Union means USW Local 2010 representing the Bargaining Unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)
the CSA means the Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service constituted under Section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.
The End-User means the authorized user of the equipment/the Medical Superintendent/Head of the Department of the concerned specialty.
We/Us means The Unlimited Group (Pty) Limited acting on its own behalf or on behalf of the insurer. We provide intermediary and binder services in respect of this policy.
the SSCBA means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;
Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.
Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
The Customer means the original purchaser under the purchase agreement.
Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

The Contractor means the individual or firm or company whether incorporate not, undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or the composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.
The Supplier means the individual contractor, manufacturer distributor, or firm supplying/manufacturing the Goods and Services under this Contract and named in the SCC.
re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

The driver s ocular points" means two points 65 mm apart and 635 mm vertically above point R of the driver's seat as defined in Annex 8. The straight line joining these points runs perpendicular to the vertical longitudinal median plane of the vehicle. The centre of the segment joining the two ocular points is in a vertical longitudinal plane which shall pass through the centre of the driver's designated seating position, as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;
Authorised Dealer means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Act ;
Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee. The consignor and the carrier must ensure that any loading or unloading is performed by personnel having radiological training and resources appropriate for safe handling of the consignment. The consignor must issue specific instructions, in writing, for maintenance of exclusive use shipment controls, and include them with the shipping paper information provided to the carrier by the consignor.
