Therapeutic Antibody Product definition

Therapeutic Antibody Product means any preparation for the treatment or prevention of disease, infection or other condition in humans for any indication which contains, comprises, or the process of development or manufacture of which utilises, a CAT Licensable Antibody. The term “Therapeutic Antibody Product” shall not include any Research Product.

  • If CENTOCOR, an Affiliate or Sublicensee is not expending Commercially Reasonable Efforts to diligently pursue, in accordance with Section 3.7(b), the development of at least one Licensed Therapeutic Antibody Product with respect to each license granted to CENTOCOR under Section 3.3(a) hereof, then MORPHOSYS shall have the right to terminate such license.

  • Buyer shall, itself, through its Affiliates or sublicensees, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop and Commercialize a Therapeutic Antibody Product.
