Therapy and counseling services definition

Therapy and counseling services means services to halt, control or reverse undue stress and se- vere social, emotional or behavioral problems that threaten, or have negatively affected the child’s and the child’s family’s stability. Activities under this service can include counseling and therapy to chil- dren, groups and families, including interventions to ameliorate difficult behaviors.
