Third Degree Burn means the damage or destruction of the skin to its full depth and damage to the tissues beneath.

  • BURN BENEFIT If a Covered Person suffers an Injury that results in diagnosis and treatment by a Physician for a Second Degree Burn or Third Degree Burn listed in the Certificate Schedule of Benefits, the Company will pay the Benefit Amount listed in the Certificate Schedule of Benefits.
