Third Party Collaboration definition

Third Party Collaboration means any joint venture, collaboration, cooperative arrangement or the like by and among NEUROBIOTEC and one or more third parties relating to the development and commercialization of Subject Compounds, Subject Formulations, Subject Products or the NEUROBIOTEC Technology.
Third Party Collaboration has the meaning given in Section 3.1.
Third Party Collaboration means a license, purchase, collaboration, co-promotion, co-Development, co-marketing, co-detailing or any similar arrangement with a Third Party.
