Ticket Terms definition

Ticket Terms means the terms and conditions governing the sale and use of any Tickets for the Event, the so called WCH BUDAPEST 23 TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS that are issued by World Athletics and Budapest 23 and may be amended from time to time by World Athletics and Budapest 23. The Ticket Terms are, among others, binding on, and enforceable against, any person purchasing, holding or using a Ticket, including any Ticket forming part of a Hospitality Package. The actual version of the Ticket Terms is annexed to these Sales Regulations as Annexe A.
Ticket Terms means the terms and conditions governing the sale and use of any Ticket for an Event that are issued by an Organiser or Venue Operator and may be amended from time to time. Ticket Terms are, among others, binding on, and enforceable against any Ticket Holder. Ticket Terms may incorporate the Venue Rules.
Ticket Terms means these conditions of contract and terms of carriage and the transport and services provided pursuant to them and any supplementary terms set out in timetables, notices on display, boarding pass, advertised fare conditions and supplementary written or oral instructions of the Company and any other terms howsoever made applicable;

  • Compass Fare Media and fares set out in Appendix “2” for travel on WCE Service may only be purchased directly from TransLink, an Operating Company or a Compass Retailer as set out in the Compass Card Terms and Conditions of Use and Compass Ticket Terms and Conditions of Use, as applicable.

  • When a Compass Vending Machine issues a receipt indicating that an amount to be refunded was not returned, a product was not dispensed, or another malfunction occurred, a refund will be issued in accordance with the Compass Card Terms and Conditions of Use or the Compass Ticket Terms and Conditions of Use, as applicable.

Related to Ticket Terms

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Support Terms means the detailed description of the applicable Support Services as specified at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corp/legal/.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Financial Terms means the amount of compensation to be received by Vendor as evidenced by the Contract Documents, during the contract time.
