Ticketing Agent definition

Ticketing Agent means the Operator’s ticketing agent from time to time.
Ticketing Agent means any party which enters into an agreement with the Ground Manager under which that party acts as the Ground Manager’s agent in relation to the sale and production of tickets which include admission or entrance to the Ground.
Ticketing Agent means service provider used by the Hirer to provide ticketing services for the Event pursuant to clause 9. “Venue” means The Trusts Arena located at 00-00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Auckland.

  • To prevent fraud and protect both you and us, either we or the Official Ticketing Agent may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your booking so we can verify your purchase.

  • Any person (other than us the Official Ticketing Agent, the owner of the Venue or any Authorised Person) not party to these Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

  • Tickets may only be purchased from us (via the Official Ticketing Agent) or through any other sale or transfer mechanism authorised in writing by us.

  • Any person (other than us, the Official Ticketing Agent, the owner of the Venue or any Authorised Person) not party to these Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

  • Neither we, the Official Ticketing Agent, the Owner of the Venue nor any Authorised Person accepts any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of a Ticket Holder’s personal property.

Such contract may contain, in lieu of any or all of the provisions specified in (i)-(vi) above, such other provisions that the Custodian determines will provide, in their entirety, the same or a greater level of care and protection for Fund assets as the specified provisions.
