TIF Support Facility definition

TIF Support Facility means the credit facility to be evidenced by one or more credit agreements and to be made available to the Joint Board as a form of bridge funding for the Project, as more particularly described in Section 5.4 below.

  • In order to provide a source of cash flow in the interim, PRF hereby commits the TIF Support Facility to serve as a form of bridge funding for the Project.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.
