Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.
NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.
Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).
Basic Rent Payment Date means Basic Rent Payment Date as defined in Paragraph 6.
Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and
Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.
disability living allowance means a disability living allowance under section 71 of the SSCBA;
Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Lincoln to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.
Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.
Payroll Period means "payroll period" as defined in Section 3401(b) of the Internal Revenue Code;
Annual Benefit means an annual sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) multiplied by the Applicable Percentage (defined below) and then reduced to the extent required: (i) under the other provisions of this Agreement; (ii) by reason of the lawful order of any regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Employer; and (iii) in order for the Employer to properly comply with any and all applicable state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, income, employment and disability income tax laws (eg., FICA, FUTA, SDI).
Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.
Water Year means the period commencing with October 1 of 1 year 20 and extending through September 30 of the next; and
emission allowance means a financial instrument as defined in point (11) of Section C of Annex I of Directive [new MiFID].
Maximum allowable cost list means the list of drugs used by a pharmacy benefit manager that

Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e. For the avoidance of doubt, this term does not include the Additional Restitution Amount or amounts paid pursuant to Section X.

Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant.
Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).
Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.
Annual Premium means the premium set by Us and payable for cover under this policy for a full academic year.
Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.
