Timetable Period definition

Timetable Period means the period of time between (and including) one Timetable Change Date and (but excluding) the immediately succeeding Timetable Change Date;
Timetable Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code;
Timetable Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the CVL Network Code;

Examples of Timetable Period in a sentence

  • The Services under this contract comprise: services with the characteristics set out in the Rights Table in columns 1 to 18; any Diverted Services; Ancillary Movements; any Train Operator Variation Services; any Revised Base Service; and any service Planned to use an International Freight Train Slot listed in Section A of the International Freight Capacity Notice applicable for the relevant Timetable Period, and which is shown in the Working Timetable as having been allocated to the Train Operator.

  • If the parties fail to agree the start and end dates within 12 months of the commencement of the applicable Timetable Period, either party may refer the matter for resolution to the Disputes Resolution Procedure.

  • HS1 Ltd and the Train Operator (each acting reasonably) shall seek to agree the start and end dates no later than 12 months prior to the commencement of the applicable Timetable Period.
