Tire Wear Charge definition

Tire Wear Charge means the tire tread wear charge specified in a Lease, which shall apply for each 1/32nd of tread wear for each tire; provided, that if a Lease does not list a tread wear charge, then the Tire Wear Charge will be the greater of the following per tire: (i) $36 for each 1/32nd of tire wear; or (ii) Xxxxxxxx’x standard tire wear charge rate at the time that the Equipment is returned.

Examples of Tire Wear Charge in a sentence

  • If Customer returns any Equipment subject to a Standard Maintenance Lease with Excess Tire Wear on any tire, Customer shall pay the Tire Wear Charge for every 1/32nd inch of Excess Tire Wear for each such tire.

Related to Tire Wear Charge

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC) means the Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a Third Party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • Sewer means a pipe or conduit for carrying sewage.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
