List A definition

List A. , which means rare noxious weed species that are subject to eradication wherever detected statewide in order to protect neighboring lands and the state as a whole.
List A means, as of the date of this Supplement: Belgium, United Kingdom, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Netherlands. This list will be updated from time to time and an up to date list of List A eligible countries is available at www.ubs.com/funds. For the avoidance of doubt, the removal of any countries from this list will be notified to relevant Shareholders in advance. Only countries included in this list will be considered List A eligible countries;
List A. All applicants for employment at sites under the direction of the Department of Energy at Oak Ridge who have four (4) or more years experience in the trade; are residents of the geographical area covered by the jurisdiction of this local union; have been certified as a journeymen by a duly constituted local union or an area joint apprenticeship and training committee; and who have been employed in the trade for a period of at least six (6) months in the last four (4) years under a collective bargaining agreement with this local union, or employed in the trade for a period of at least six (6) months in the last four (4) years at the sites under the direction of the Department of Energy at Oak Ridge.

Examples of List A in a sentence

  • Employers or their authorized representative must complete and sign Section 2 within three business days after the employee's first day of employment, and must physically examine, or examine consistent with an alternative procedure authorized by the Secretary of DHS, documentation from List A OR a combination of documentation from List B and List C.

List A. Certificated/Licensed Employees' Promotional Seniority List: Placement 32 on this list will be governed by the calendar year of license, the year, day, and 33 month of last hire as a full-time employee except as provided in item (4) of this 34 section. Only eight (8) hour employees with a license shall be placed on this list. 35 If an employee requests and receives a part-time assignment, the employee's 36 certificated/licensed seniority will be based upon reassignment to an eight (8) 37 hour assignment. 38 39 Any employee whose license is allowed to lapse or is revoked loses 40 certificated/licensed seniority.   • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • List of Contracts means the list identifying each Contract constituting part of the Trust Corpus, which list (a) identifies each Contract and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) the amount of monthly payments due from the Obligor, (iii) the Contract Rate and (iv) the maturity date, and which list (as in effect on the Closing Date) is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit H.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Part B means the program component of IDEA that requires states to find, identify, locate, evaluate, and serve children with disabilities from three to twenty-one years of age.

Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage, part of which is given to the passenger as a receipt for the passenger’s checked baggage and the remaining part is attached by the carrier onto a particular piece of the passenger’s checked baggage.

  • Table 1 means Table 1 of the Reporting ITS.
