  • Following the Closing, Surviving Titanium shall consummate the redemption of the Titanium Series J Preferred Stock and the Titanium Series K Preferred Stock in accordance with the Titanium Charter and the notices of redemption issued under clause (a) above.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
