Charters definition
Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.
Charters means together the Bareboat Charters and the Time Charters and "Charter" means any one of them.
Charters means, in respect of a Vessel, any time charter or other contract of employment, in relation to that Vessel which exceeds or is capable of exceeding thirteen (13) months duration taking into account any extension options and any Pool Charter entered or to be entered into by a Borrower (as owner) with a Charterer (as charterer) on terms and subject to conditions acceptable to the Agent and "Charter" means any one of them.

Charters means, collectively, Vessel A Charter, Vessel B Charter and Vessel C Charter, and "Charter" means each or any of them as the context may require;
