Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.
Charters means together the Bareboat Charters and the Time Charters and "Charter" means any one of them.
Charters means, in respect of a Vessel, any time charter or other contract of employment, in relation to that Vessel which exceeds or is capable of exceeding thirteen (13) months duration taking into account any extension options entered or to be entered into by a Borrower (as owner) with a Charterer (as charterer) on terms and subject to conditions acceptable to the Agent, including without limitation, the Initial Charters and "Charter" means any one of them.
Examples of Charters in a sentence
The Carriers may use the Aircraft for scheduled network flying for existing customers (for clarity, excluding Charters) so long as: (a) such usage does not interfere in any material respect with the Carrier’s performance of the Services; (b) the Carrier is not then in default under this Agreement; and (c) an Amazon Leadership Representative provides prior written consent (which may be granted or withheld in Amazon’s sole discretion) (“Supplemental Flying”).
Either Party may present the other Party with opportunities for ad hoc third-party charter operations that are not part of the Flight Schedule (“Charters”), which Charters will be governed by the Charter SOP.
More Definitions of Charters
Charters means the Time Charters between the Charterer and the Owners, in each case with respect to the Vessel owned by each such Owner, as set forth on Schedule A.
