Toll Manufacturing Agreement definition

Toll Manufacturing Agreement means the Toll Manufacturing Agreement between Purchaser and/or certain of its Affiliates, as identified therein, on the one hand, and Seller and/or certain of its Affiliates, as identified therein, on the other hand, to be entered into at the Closing in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
