Toll Tariff definition

Toll Tariff means Carrier’s toll tariff for the Pipeline, on file and in effect with the NEB, as such toll tariff may be amended or supplemented by Carrier from time to time or at any time.
Toll Tariff means the Adjusted Base Toll Tariff together with any VAT payable thereon;
Toll Tariff has the meaning ascribed to that phrase in Annexure XV hereto;

  • The Toll Tariff shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure XV.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • ISO Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended, modified, superseded and supplemented from time to time, and including the Market Rules and Procedures.
