Torchmark Group means collectively, Torchmark and the Torchmark Affiliates, or any one or more of such companies. "UILIC" shall mean United Investors Life Insurance Company, a Missouri corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. "Underwriters" shall mean Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. Incorporated and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. International Limited, the managing underwriters for the Public Offering, and Xxxxxxx, Sachs & Co, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx International, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co., and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx International.

Examples of Torchmark Group in a sentence

  • The Company shall be responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for itself and the other members of the Company Group, at the Company's expense, and Torchmark shall be responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for itself and the other members of the Torchmark Group, at Torchmark's expense, from and after the Coverage Expiration Date of the respective policy.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither party shall be relieved from any obligations or liabilities accruing prior to the Public Officering Date by any member of the Company Group or any member of the Torchmark Group, as the case may be, which obligations or liabilities shall be paid or satisfied consistent with past practices.

Related to Torchmark Group

  • MergerSub has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;
