TORF definition

TORF means the Tokyo Term Risk Free Rate published by the Vendor (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) which is a forward-looking term rate based on transactions referencing XXXX, and which is obtained on the Base Rate Calculation Day from Reuters or a successor information service selected by us. Vendor means:

  • Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.
