TOS Charter definition

TOS Charter means that certain demise charter between Shipowner and TECO Ocean providing for the demise charter by TECO Ocean from Shipowner of certain blue water Vessels, as originally executed or as modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions thereof.
