Examples of Total and Temporary Disablement in a sentence
In relation to a Member whose Date of Disablement, as defined in the policy, is on or after 1 January 2014, the definition of Total and Temporary Disablement in the policy must satisfy the definition of “temporary incapacity” in Superannuation Law.
No Total and Temporary Disablement Benefit shall be payable for the first thirty (30) days of any period of Total and Temporary Disablement.
