Tourist Establishment definition

Tourist Establishment. - means any premises operated to provide accommodation for the travelling public or sleeping accommodation for the use of the public engaging in recreational activities, and includes the services and facilities in connection with which sleeping accommodation is provided.
Tourist Establishment means a building or buildings designed or used for the accommodation of the traveling or vacationing public.
