Tower Floor Plate definition

Tower Floor Plate means the average floor area of all storeys within that portion of a building or structure or part thereof located above the podium, measured to the exterior faces of exterior walls of each storey of a building or structure.
Tower Floor Plate means the total built area of each floor that is above the fifth floor within a building of at least 12 storeys, measured from the exterior of the main walls at each floor, but excluding balconies.
Tower Floor Plate means the floor area of each floor measured from the outside of the exterior walls, but excluding inset and projecting balconies.
