Tower Parent definition

Tower Parent means American Tower Systems Holding Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Tower Parent means Tower Group, Inc., the ultimate parent of TRM and the Purchasing Insurers.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.
