TP Deliverability definition

TP Deliverability means the capability, measured in MW, of the CAISO Controlled Grid as modified by transmission upgrades and additions modeled or identified in the annual Transmission Plan to support the interconnection with Full Capacity Deliverability Status or Partial Capacity Deliverability Status of additional Generating Facilities in a specified geographic or electrical area of the CAISO Controlled Grid.
TP Deliverability means the capability of the CAISO Controlled Grid as modified by transmission upgrades and additions identified the annual Transmission Plan to provide deliverability to the aggregate of Load for generating capacity in a geographic or electrical area of the CAISO Controlled Grid.
TP Deliverability has the meaning in the CAISO Tariff.

Examples of TP Deliverability in a sentence

  • In the event that the Interconnection does not retain allocated TP Deliverability with regard to any portion of the Generating Facility, such portion of the Generating Facility shall be deemed to receive Interconnection Service under this LGIA as Energy Only Deliverability Status.

  • To the extent that an Interconnection Customer is eligible for and has been allocated TP Deliverability pursuant to Section 8.9 of the GIDAP, the Interconnection Customer’s retention of such allocated TP Deliverability shall be contingent upon satisfying the obligations set forth in Section 8.9.3 of the GIDAP.

  • If the Generating Facility is an Option (B) Generating Facility and has not been allocated any TP Deliverability, the Interconnection Customer shall not be entitled to repayment for the costs of Local Delivery Network Upgrades.

  • To the extent that an Interconnection Customer is eligible for and has been allocated TP Deliverability pursuant to Section 8.9 of the GIDAP, the Interconnection Customer’s right to retain such allocated TP Deliverability shall be contingent upon satisfying the obligations set forth in Section 8.9.3 of the GIDAP.

  • The repayment amount shall be determined by dividing the amount of TP Deliverability received by the amount of deliverability requested by the Interconnection Customer, and multiplying that percentage by the total amount paid to the Participating TO by the Interconnection Customer for Local Delivery Network Upgrades.

  • If the Interconnection Customer is an Option (B) Interconnection Customer and has not been allocated any TP Deliverability, the Interconnection Customer shall not be entitled to repayment for the cost of Local Delivery Network Upgrades.

  • If the Interconnection Customer is an Option (B) Interconnection Customer and has been allocated and continues to be eligible to receive TP Deliverability pursuant to the GIDAP, the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to repayment of a portion of the total amount paid to the Participating TO for the cost of Local Delivery Network Upgrades for which it is responsible.

  • If the Interconnection Customer has an Option (B) Generating Facility and has not been allocated any TP Deliverability pursuant to Appendix DD of the ISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall not be entitled to repayment of the amount paid to the Distribution Provider for the costs of Local Delivery Network Upgrades.

  • If the Interconnection Customer has an Option (B) Generating Facility and has been allocated TP Deliverability and continues to be eligible to retain such TP Deliverability pursuant to Appendix DD of the ISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to repayment of a portion of the total amount paid to the Distribution Provider for the costs of Local Delivery Network Upgrades.

  • In the event that the Interconnection Customer does not retain allocated TP Deliverability with regard to any portion of the Generating Facility, such portion of the Generating Facility shall be deemed to receive Interconnection Service under this GIA as Energy Only Deliverability Status (as such term is defined in the ISO Tariff).
