Accounting Records means the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules which support the general ledger balances.
Servicing Records All documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Loans and the related Obligors.
Voting Record Time means the time and date specified in the Scheme Document by reference to which entitlement to vote on the Scheme will be determined, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the day which is two days before the date of the Court Meeting or, if the Court Meeting is adjourned, 6.00 p.m. on the day which is two days before the date of such adjourned Court Meeting; and
Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.
Project Record means the separate set of Drawings and Specifications as further set forth in paragraph 4.02A.
Student record means information that constitutes education rec- ords as that term is defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g(a)(4)) [see FL] and information in a record of an applicant for admission to an educa- tional institution, including a transfer applicant.
Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.
Patient Record means a written account of all services provided to a patient by the home health agency, as well as other pertinent information necessary to provide care.
Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Health record means the same as that term is defined in § 32.1-127.1:03.
Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
Itinerary means the Itinerary for Your Tour issued by Us, subject to any amendments made by Us from time to time in accordance with the Contract.
Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
NPDES means National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

Case record means the file of personally identifiable information, whether written or electronic in form, on an individual that is collected to carry out the purposes of the division as defined in the Act and the Social Security Act. Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Public record or "public records" shall mean all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records, artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions. Agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions shall mean and include every public office, public officer or official (State or local, elected or appointed), institution, board, commission, bureau, council, department, authority or other unit of government of the State or of any county, unit, special district or other political subdivision of government.
Voting Record Date means the date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote at the Special Meeting.
