Trading Instruction definition

Trading Instruction means an instruction received by MEL from the Client to place an Order, Limit Order or Stop Loss in accordance with these Terms.

Examples of Trading Instruction in a sentence

  • Subject to any applicable Account Terms, or Instructions, all Cash once transferred to us, will be treated as Available Cash, and re-registered Assets will only become available for a subsequent Trading Instruction once received from the transferring provider.

  • Committed Cash is any Cash that a) has been ring-fenced to complete a Trading Instruction that has not reached the contractual settlement date, b) is to be used to pay for Voluntary Corporate Action selection or c) is from a payment source that has not cleared, for example a cheque.

  • You will be given the opportunity to confirm a Trading Instruction before submission, and you must check the details carefully.

  • Once we have received a Trading Instruction, it is not normally possible to change any details of that Trading Instruction.

  • Your Trading Instruction will be treated as received by us once you submit it to us using the Telegram Group.

  • Once we have received your Trading Instruction, you cannot cancel it.

  • GT may reject any Internet Trading Instruction for any reason including, but not limited to, the fact that you do not have sufficient funds in your Account to cover the Initial Margin required for your proposed trade.
