Train Service Description definition

Train Service Description means the description of a Train Service detailed in Part 1 of Schedule 1;
Train Service Description means the details set out in schedule 2. Transfer has the meaning given in clause 21.2(a)(ii). Transferee has the meaning given in clause 21.2(a)(ii). Urgent Possession means a Possession:‌‌

  • Unless acting under a QR Network Train Control Direction, the Access Holder must ensure that the Operator does not operate Train Services which do not comply with the Train Service Description without the prior written approval of QR Network, which approval may specify terms in addition to or varying the terms of this Agreement in respect of those Train Services, including the Access Charges applicable.

  • In consideration of the Access Holder agreeing to pay the Access Charges and other payments to be made to QR Network by the Access Holder, QR Network grants to, and will provide, the Access Holder Access Rights in accordance with the Train Service Description for the operation of Train Services by the Operator on and from the Commitment Date on the terms in, and subject to the conditions of, this Agreement.

Related to Train Service Description

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property.

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.
