Trained Models definition

Trained Models means machine learning models, created by applying any current or future RaySearch machine learning algorithms on medical data, including both model candidates and final validated models. Trained Models do not contain any algorithms or patient data. Trained Models are separated into the following sub-categories; Clinic’s Trained Models are Trained Models trained under this License Agreement on Clinic’s medical data, and Pre-trained Models are Trained Models trained on other data than Clinic’s medical data and provided by RaySearch to Clinic as part of the licensed Software. Unless otherwise agreed, RaySearch shall have no obligation to provide Clinic with any Pre-trained Models.

Trained Models means an AI Model created, customized, developed, fine-tuned, trained, validated, tested, or improved with Lilly Content by or on behalf of Lilly, and includes any retrieval or contextual mechanism, model, engine, or process to augment the generation process of an AI System.

  • Clinic shall also have the right to use Clinic´s Trained Models for internal research and educational purposes.

  • RaySearch shall have a perpetual right to use Clinic´s Trained Models and any associated clinical validation reports for; (i) research and development purposes as well as validation, testing and evaluation (ii) marketing and informational activities, such as demonstration and training (iii) adaptation, sale and distribution in connection with the Software.

Trained Models means machine learning models derived from retrospective data by the use of a machine learning based automatic planning algorithm and a machine learning based automatic segmentation algorithm, as well as any future machine learning functionalities included as functionalities in the Software (hereinafter referred to as the “ML Applications”), including both model candidates and final validated models.   • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;
