Tranche D Notes definition

Tranche D Notes means collectively, the promissory notes made by Borrower in favor of the Tranche D Lenders in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Total Tranche D Commitment, substantially in the form of Exhibit H-2, as the same may be amended, replaced, substituted and/or restated from time to time.

Tranche D Notes means the Issuer’s Series 48 Tranche D USD 40,000,000 Mezzanine Floating Rate Portfolio Credit Linked Secured Notes due 2012.

Tranche D Notes means the promissory notes of Borrower, each --------------- substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, evidencing the obligation of ----------- Borrower to repay the Tranche D Loan, and "Tranche D Note" means any one of such -------------- promissory notes issued hereunder.

• The Tranche A Notes, the Tranche B Notes, the Tranche C Notes and the Tranche D Notes shall be substantially in the form set out in Exhibit 1(a), Exhibit 1(b), Exhibit 1(c) and Exhibit 1(d), respectively, with such changes therefrom, if any, as may be approved by the Purchasers and the Company.

More Definitions of Tranche D Notes

Tranche D Notes means, collectively, the Tranche D-Nokia Note, the Tranche D-Siemens Note and the Tranche D-Alcatel Note; a "TRANCHE D NOTE," with respect to the Nokia Lenders, means the Tranche D-Nokia Note, with respect to the Siemens Lenders, means the Tranche D-Siemens Note and, with respect to the Alcatel Lenders, means the Tranche D-Alcatel Note.

Tranche D Notes has the meaning set forth Section 2.1(f)(ii).

Tranche D Notes means the Notes issued pursuant to the Third Supplement.

Tranche D Notes shall have the meaning given such term in Paragraph --------------- 7(c) above.

Tranche D Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Note Purchase Agreements.
