The Collateral Agent shall segregate and hold all such money and property received by it in the Transaction Accounts in trust for the Secured Parties and shall apply it as provided in this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.
The accounts established by the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement may include any number of sub accounts deemed necessary by the Collateral Agent or requested by the Investment Manager for convenience in administering the Transaction Accounts and the Collateral Obligations (including, for the avoidance of doubt, separate subaccounts for each Specified Currency).
At all times, all Transaction Accounts shall remain at an institution that satisfies the requirements of Section 6.1.
