Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.
Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.
Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.
Transaction Record means a paper Transaction record dispensed mechanically, or written notification generated by or on behalf of Us, or notice of a pending or completed Transaction or a summary of the balance of Your Account, including notifications issued by email or SMS text message to You or available as an Account Statement or balance of Account when You use a Mobile Device or other Access Terminal.
Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
Transaction Day means each twenty-four (24) hour period or portion thereof, for which a customer of a Rental Car Concessionaire rents, or otherwise enters into a similar arrangement for the use of a Motor Vehicle and for which the Rental Car Concessionaire collects revenue from the customer. Late returns (after twenty-four (24) hours) shall be considered a Transaction Day.
Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;
Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
Transaction Date means, with respect to the Incurrence of any Indebtedness by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the date such Indebtedness is to be Incurred and, with respect to any Restricted Payment, the date such Restricted Payment is to be made.
Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.
Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.
Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.
Transaction Size means Lot Size multiplied by number of Lots.
Master Tapes means the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans and the related Mortgaged Properties covered by those two certain Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(i) of this Agreement.
Data Tape The list of all mortgage loans, dated as of the date specified therein, whose Mortgage Servicing Rights will be sold, or that are anticipated to be sold, as applicable, to Seller under the Asset Purchase Agreement.
Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Transaction Receipt means a confirmation that is transmitted to a registered User after a registered User has submitted a transaction to the Court through a Vendor. The Transaction Receipt displays the date and time the transaction was submitted by the registered User through the Vendor.
Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Security Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.
Dataroom means the Intralinks electronic data room established for “Project Rodeo”.
Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.
Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
Receivable Schedule means the list identifying the Receivables attached as Schedule 1 to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and as Schedule A to the Receivables Purchase Agreement (which list may be in an electronic format).
