Transaction Regulatory Approvals definition

Transaction Regulatory Approvals means all regulatory approvals required to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
Transaction Regulatory Approvals means any approvals or clearances pursuant to filings with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”) or under antitrust or competition laws required for the Transaction to proceed.

More Definitions of Transaction Regulatory Approvals

Transaction Regulatory Approvals means all permits and approvals by the NJMC, the NJ DEP and the City of Jersey City and any other Government Entity necessary to operate the TS/MRF, including pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26-1 et seq. and any applicable federal laws or regulations.
Transaction Regulatory Approvals means the expiration or termination of any waiting period applicable to the Transaction under the HSR Act and all approvals from Governmental Entities that are required under applicable Law (including pursuant to any Transaction Regulatory Law) to permit the consummation of the Transaction and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement, but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding the HHS OIG Determination.
