Transactional Charges definition

Transactional Charges means the charges payable for the services listed in Part 1 of Schedule 4;
Transactional Charges has the meaning given to that term in Clause 8A.1 (and, for the avoidance of doubt, such charges may comprise Use of System Charges). Unit means kilowatt hour.

Transactional Charges. Means the total monthly charges payable by the Supplier for all the Additional Services listed in Schedule 1. The charges in respect of each of the Additional Services in Schedule 1 are determined annually and published by the Commission. ;

  • Additional Charges As defined in Section 3.3.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • VAT means Value Added Tax
