Metering Charges definition

Metering Charges means all metering costs incurred by AGL in relation to the Premises, or charges in relation to the provision of Metering Equipment and any Metering Installation and the collection and distribution of metering data incurred by AGL in respect of Metering Coordinator services in relation to the Premises, including where a Customer Appointed MC is appointed. Metering Coordinator means a Customer Appointed MC or an AGL MC appointed to provide metering services in accordance with the National Electricity Rules and Energy Laws including:
Metering Charges means all costs incurred in relation to the provision of metering equipment, and the collection and distribution of the data from that equipment. metering equipment means equipment installed (or to be installed) to measure, record and in certain cases forward the data relating to the amount of electricity delivered to a premises. metering data has the meaning given under the National Electricity Rules.
Metering Charges means the Pipeline Operator’s charges (if any) for the provision of Supply Meters and other services related to Supply Meters;

Examples of Metering Charges in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall ensure that at all times the Metering Charges can be unbundled from the Invoice Price and that the elements comprising the Metering Charges can be unbundled from each other.

More Definitions of Metering Charges

Metering Charges means any charges relating to the costs incurred by AGL in relation to the upgrade, non-scheduled maintenance, or removal of Meter Equipment and the Structure, and the collection and distribution of the data from that Meter Equipment. Meter Data Agent means the Network Operator or other person from time to time responsible for carrying out a Meter Data Service (or a like service) in respect of a Delivery Point. Meter Data Service means the provision of any of the following services:
Metering Charges means all costs incurred in relation to the provision of metering equipment, and the collection and distribution of the data from that equipment;

Metering Charges means: the metering charge per meter for each Site, as specified in Schedule 1 (which may, after the Fixed Rate Period, be replaced by a Default Rate at Aurora Energy’s discretion); any costs incurred by Aurora Energy in relation to the testing of current transformers or voltage transformers at a Site; any costs incurred by Aurora Energy in relation to an enhanced site inspection at a Site; any costs incurred by Aurora Energy in relation to any special meter reads at a Site; any costs incurred by Aurora Energy in relation to the repair of metering equipment that is damaged by the Customer; and any costs incurred by Aurora Energy in relation to metering specifically requested by the Customer. Metering Coordinator has the meaning given to that term under the Rules. Monthly 3-month Bank Accepted Bill Rate means, for a month, the rate published by the Reserve Bank of Australia for that month which is an average of the daily 3-month bank accepted bill rates for that month published by the Reserve Bank of Australia. MSF means a merchant service fee in relation to each credit card payment received by Aurora Energy, being an amount calculated by Aurora Energy from time to time that is consistent with Part IVC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  • operating charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of the operation, transfer or termination of a client’s account and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Meter means, unless otherwise qualified, a device that measures and registers the integral of an electrical quantity with respect to time.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).
