Such verification will be documented by the Funds Transfer Agent's execution of the Funds Transfer Agent Confirmation Statement (attached as Exhibit A‑2), as provided below, as a Special Condition at the bottom of the relevant Confirmation sent by Funds Transfer Agent to Seller and to Repurchaser.
Transfer Agents means the Transfer Agents referred to above and such further or other Transfer Agent or Agents as may be appointed from time to time hereunder either generally or in relation to a specific Series of Notes.
Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.
Transfer Agent means, with respect to any class of Shares, such bank, trust company or other Person (including the Company or one of its Affiliates) as shall be appointed from time to time by the Company to act as registrar and transfer agent for such class of Shares; provided that if no Transfer Agent is specifically designated for such class of Shares, the Administrator or the Company shall act in such capacity.
Registrar and Transfer Agent means the registrar and transfer agent of the Partnership appointed by the General Partner, the initial registrar and transfer agent being Computershare.
Conversion Agent shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.
