Transfer Charge definition

Transfer Charge. AUL reserves the right to deduct a charge for each transfer transaction pursuant to Section 3.4. This charge would be prorated among the Investment Options from which the amounts are transferred in the same proportion that the amount transferred from the Investment Option bears to the total amount transferred from all Investment Options.
Transfer Charge means the charge or price that is applied, or deemed to be applied, within the Dominant Provider by one division or business unit of the Dominant Provider to another for the use or provision of an activity or group of activities. For the avoidance of doubt, such activities or group of activities include, amongst other things, Products provided from, to or within the Market or Technical Area (as applicable) and the use of Network Components in the Market or Technical Area (as applicable);
Transfer Charge. The Transfer Charge for each transfer after the first 12 in a Contract Year is $10. The charge is taken pro-rata from the Allocation Options from which the transfer is made. Transfers made due to automatic rebalancing or dollar cost-averaging will not be counted for purposes of the transfer charge. We reserve the right to increase this charge, but it will not exceed $30.

  • Unless prohibited by applicable laws or regulations, a charge equal to the amount of the Customer Transfer Charge as reflected on Exhibit A (“slamming charge”) will be assessed if the POA cannot be provided supporting the change in service provider.
