Disclosure of Information made for a Transfer of Value will take place no later than on 30 June following the end of the calendar year during which the concerned Transfer of Value occurred.
In order to comply with its obligations under the Applicable EFPIA Disclosure Codes, Biogen will collect, record and publish Information (as defined below) regarding any Transfer of Value (as defined below) made as from 1st January 2015.
