Benefits in Kind definition

Benefits in Kind means, where the employer with the consent of the trustee company so determines, an amount of salary derived from benefits in kind, excluding such benefits as are within paragraph (b)(i) of the definition of salary, which either:
Benefits in Kind means health care and further benefits other than cash benefits as well as services;
Benefits in Kind means: (i) for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Title III, benefits in kind provided for under the legislation of a State which are intended to supply, make available, pay directly or reimburse the cost of medical care and products and services ancillary to that care; (ii) for the purposes of Chapter 2 of Title III, all benefits in kind relating to accidents at work and occupational diseases as defined in point (i) and provided for under the States’ accidents at work and occupational diseases schemes;

More Definitions of Benefits in Kind

Benefits in Kind medical services provided for by the legislation that regulates the fields in referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, subparagraphs a)(i)(vii) and b) (vii) of this Agreement;

Benefits in Kind means financial assistance or services provided pursuant to the Statutory Authority of one of the jurisdictions and may include, but is not restricted to, medical treatment and related services and expenses, vocational rehabilitation services and expenses, the provision or repair of prosthetic appliances.

  • Equity Compensation means any stock option, stock appreciation, stock purchase, restricted stock, restricted stock unit, long term incentive cash bonus award or any other kind of equity-based plan, program, arrangement or grant regardless of whether the form of distribution is in stock or cash.

  • Cancellation Compensation means an amount payable by a Participating Dealer in respect of a default, as set out in the Trust Deed and in the Operating Guidelines applicable at the time the relevant Creation Application or Redemption Application is made.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

  • Termination Compensation means a monthly cash amount equal to one-twelfth ( 1/12th) of the highest amount of the annual cash compensation (including cash bonuses and other cash-based compensation, including for these purposes amounts earned or payable whether or not deferred) received by Executive during any one of the three (3) calendar years immediately preceding the calendar year in which Executive’s Termination Date occurs; provided, that if the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year exceeds the highest amount of the annual cash compensation received by Executive during any one of the immediately preceding three (3) consecutive calendar years, the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year shall be deemed to be Executive’s highest amount of annual cash compensation. In no event shall Executive’s Termination Compensation include equity-based compensation (e.g., income realized as a result of Executive’s exercise of non-qualified stock options or other stock based benefits).

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Incentive Compensation Plans means annual incentive compensation plans and long‑term incentive compensation plans of the Company, which long‑term incentive compensation plans may include plans offering stock options, restricted stock and other long‑term incentive compensation.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company RSU Awards and the Company PSU Awards.

  • Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
