Transfer Tax Returns definition

Transfer Tax Returns has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

Transfer Tax Returns means any Tax Return with respect to any Transfer Taxes imposed in connection with the Transactions.

Transfer Tax Returns means the returns, affidavits, forms, declarations and other documents required in connection with any documentary, stamp, transfer or recording Taxes or other Taxes payable by reason of delivery and/or recording of each Deed and the other documents to be delivered at the Closing.
