Transferred Owned Real Property definition

Transferred Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(a).

Transferred Owned Real Property means Owned Real Property that is not an Excluded Asset pursuant to Section 2.2(h).

Transferred Owned Real Property means any one of them.

More Definitions of Transferred Owned Real Property

Transferred Owned Real Property means the real properties set forth on Schedule 1.1L and the buildings, fixtures and improvements erected thereon.

Transferred Owned Real Property means the tracts of real property used in or related to the operation of the Purchased Business identified on Schedule 2.1(d), unless removed from among the Purchased Assets pursuant to Section 6.1, Section 6.2 or Section 8.2.

Transferred Owned Real Property means all land that is owned by Harbor or its Affiliates and used primarily in the conduct of the Spinco Business and listed on Section 1.1(h) of the Disclosure Letter, together with all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located thereon, subject to all easements and other rights and interests appurtenant thereto, including existing third party rights and interests.

Transferred Owned Real Property means the real property owned or purported to be owned by Citrix or any of its Subsidiaries scheduled pursuant to Section 4.12(b) of the Merger Agreement, together with all fixtures and improvements thereon.

Transferred Owned Real Property means the real property identified on Schedule 1.01(o).

Transferred Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Transferred Owned Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
