Transit Account definition

Transit Account means an Account opened for an NSD Payment System Participant (being a Russian resident non-credit institution) concurrently with an Account in a foreign currency for the purpose of crediting, in full, any amounts received in the foreign currency in favour of the NSD Payment Participant, as required by the currency legislation of the Russian Federation;
Transit Account means a designated bare trust account opened and maintained by us in BSNL’s name on behalf of our clients generally, including you, as beneficiaries, with the Transit Account Provider, for the purposes of holding funds immediately following their withdrawal from Deposit Accounts but prior to their being used to acquire Electronic Money;
Transit Account means any “Transit Accounts”;

  • With respect to any ITS project financed with Federal assistance derived from a source other than Highway Trust Funds (including funds from the Mass Transit Account) or 23 U.S.C. 517(d), the GOVERNMENTAL BODY assures that is will use its best efforts to ensure that any ITS project it undertakes will not preclude interface with other intelligent transportation systems in the Region.

  • This is required in order to ensure the funds are kept separate from other funds you may load into your Ventra Transit Account.

  • Fares and any transfers for additional riders must be paid from Transit Value in your Ventra Transit Account or on a PAYG basis.

  • Excluded Deposit Account means (a) any deposit account exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes, and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of Borrower’s employees and identified to Bank by Borrower as such and (b) any ▇▇▇▇▇ Cash Accounts.

  • Deposit Account means a demand, time, savings, passbook or like account with a bank, savings and loan association, credit union or like organization, other than an account evidenced by a negotiable certificate of deposit.

  • Excluded Deposit Accounts means deposit accounts (a) exclusively used for paying payroll and payroll and withholding taxes relating thereto and making employee benefit payments, (b) exclusively used as an escrow account or fiduciary or trust account for the benefit of third parties or (c) any zero-balance disbursement account (i.e., any account used solely for disbursement purposes in which balance of zero is maintained by automatically transferring funds from another account in an amount only large enough to cover checks presented).

  • Deposit Accounts means any “deposit accounts,” as such term is defined in the UCC, and includes any checking account, savings account, or certificate of deposit.

  • Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Loan Party with a Deposit Account Bank. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.
