StanCOG acquired the services of a consultant to support the development of the Community Transportation Needs Assessment through a competitive bidding process.
The Community Transportation Needs Assessment will include extensive public outreach to solicit input on conditions and needs to assess local roadway networks and will recommend strategies to address needs for the Disadvantaged Communities to promote bicycling and walking, increase mobility for all modes, remove transportation barriers, decrease transportation-related fatalities and injuries, and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
