Transportation Quantity definition

Transportation Quantity means the maximum daily quantity of gas that Transporter agrees to transport and deliver to or for the account of Shipper pursuant to a Service Agreement under any of Transporter's interruptible transportation service Rate Schedules.

• Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of: (i) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity; or (ii) Shipper's Transportation Quantity plus Retainage.
