Travel Benefits definition

Travel Benefits means: (i) if you are at the level of Senior Vice President or above, lifetime positive space first class air travel for yourself, covered family members and dependents for leisure travel; and (ii) if you are at the level of Director or Vice President, for five (5) years following the Termination Date, positive space economy air travel for yourself, covered family members and dependents for leisure travel, in each case, subject to the Company’s travel benefit policy as in effect from time to time.

Travel Benefits. Executive will participate in any travel privileges or benefits offered from time to time by Pinnacle to its executives including, if provided, airport club and parking benefits.

Examples of Travel Benefits in a sentence

  • For Domestic Travel, Benefits 1.1, 1.2 and 1.7 due to COVID-19 is only applicable for Trip by scheduled air carrier.

  • During the Employment Period, American shall provide or cause to provide to the Executive, the Executive's Spouse, the Executive's Parents and the Executive's Eligible Children the same travel privileges accorded to American's level 8 employees (the "Airline Travel Benefits").

  • Beginning on the Amendment Effective Date, Appendix 1 (Summary of Executive Benefits) to the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting in their entirety Section 6 (Travel Benefits) and Section 7 (Club Membership).

  • Thereafter, the Executive's ongoing salary and benefits (including any travel privileges) shall be commensurate with the level of the position accepted by the Executive; provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to the Airline Travel Benefits accorded to American's level 8 employees up until the 30-month anniversary of the Effective Time of the Merger.

  • The Company will provide employees covered by this Agreement, who have completed a minimum of 90 days of active employment with the Company, travel privileges pursuant to its Non-Revenue and Interline Travel Benefits Pass and Free Travel Policy.

Related to Travel Benefits

  • Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Separation Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.04.

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.

  • Gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are less than, greater than or equal to the schedule fee, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in Schedule 3.
