Tree Farm definition

Tree Farm means land where trees are grown and maintained for sale;
Tree Farm means a commercial operation or business such as a tree plantation, tree nursery, or Christmas tree farm that grows trees for sale, and includes a privately owned forest that is managed for timber production.
Tree Farm means land used commercially for tree production where trees are planted in blocks of more than one hectare, including land in respect of which a carbon rit is registered under the Carbon Rights Act 2003 section 5.

Tree Farm means any publicly-owned or privately-owned forest land that is capable of sustaining commercial tree species.
