Tree Removal Permit definition

Tree Removal Permit means a permit issued by the City allowing the permit holder to Remove the trees described therein.
Tree Removal Permit means either a major significant tree removal permit or a minor
Tree Removal Permit means written authorization from the City for a tree removal to proceed as described in an application, such authorization having been given in accordance with this chapter.

More Definitions of Tree Removal Permit

Tree Removal Permit means a permit required by this by-law to Injure or Destroy or otherwise remove a Tree on Private Property within the City;
