Tree Removal Permit definition

Tree Removal Permit means a permit issued by the City allowing the permit holder to Remove the trees described therein.

Tree Removal Permit means either a major significant tree removal permit or a minor

Tree Removal Permit means written authorization from the city for a tree removal to proceed as described in an application, such authorization having been given in accordance with this chapter.

More Definitions of Tree Removal Permit

Tree Removal Permit means a permit in the form of Schedule C to this Bylaw, issued by the Manager of Planning and Development Services under Section 6 of this Bylaw, or a permit incorporated in a Development Approval authorized by “Council”.
