Trial Period means a working test period after promotion, voluntary demotion, or intra-agency lateral transfer during which a classified employee is required to demonstrate satisfactory performance in the job to which promoted, voluntarily demoted, or transferred before acquiring permanent status in the job.
Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;
Withdrawal Period has the meaning specified in Section 10.23(b).
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
First Extension Period means the period of one (1) Contract Year commencing immediately after the conclusion of the Initial Exploration Period.
Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.
Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.
Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:
Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.
Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.
Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
Coupon Period means the period commencing on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Coupon Payment Date and each successive period commencing on (and including) a Coupon Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Coupon Payment Date;
Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and
Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.
Early Termination Notice Date Any date as of which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans (including REO Mortgage Loans) is less than 1.0% of the sum of the aggregate Cut-Off Date Balance of the Mortgage Pool initially included in the Trust Fund.
Wind-Down Period has the meaning set forth in Section 10.6(c).
Term Loan Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the Term Loan Maturity Date and (b) the acceleration of the Term Loans in accordance with the terms hereof.
Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (a) November , 2009, (b) the date the Obligations are accelerated pursuant to this Agreement or the Revolving Note and (c) the date the Bank has received (i) notice in writing from the Borrower of the Borrower’s election to terminate this Agreement or the Revolving Note or (ii) indefeasible payment in full of the Obligations.
Mediation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.
extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;
Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.
Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to
Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.
