TRS Agreement definition

TRS Agreement means the Total Return Swap, dated July 31, 2012 (as amended and restated as of May 6, 2014), between 405 TRS I, LLC and Citibank.
TRS Agreement means the amended and restated total return swap transaction relating to the Class A-R Notes entered into between UBS AG, London Branch and CM Finance Inc. dated as of November 20, 2017 entered into pursuant to an ISDA Master Agreement dated as of May 20, 2013.
